To probe and assess the opportunities to participate in or take over wind park projects (with a share of 2 MW or more)

  • The onshore and offshore markets and possibilities to participate in them
  • Overview of the catalogue of criteria for participations and acquisitions
  • Presentation of market players (ranging from manufacturers to project developers)
  • Strategic alignment of the client
• Making a check-list and a database to probe the offers
• Assessing selected criteria of individual projects and providing full backing and support with a detailled due diligence
• Elaborating contractual positions and development of a recommendation
