We turn ideas into concepts. We want to turn brainwaves into success stories for our clients because we are enthusiastic about ideas which stimulate the energy market and make it more dynamic. We feel very much at home where our work helps to provide a broad basis for first ideas and where we can help with their realization through a transparent operational concept. Similar to strategy development, we begin by analysing whether the idea and the concept which follows on from it fit your company profile (strengths/weaknesses), your market position, as well as your competitive situation (market/competitors). If this primary assessment of the idea results in promising options for action, we develop an operational concept with your cooperation or for you. In doing so, we consider even the smallest details, which at first sight might seem unimportant, so that the completed concept eventually dovetails seamlessly with your energy management market image. We do so because we want you to be entirely satisfied with the concept. We identify the core issues of each concept for you. We determine the decisive factors of success for implementing an idea. Together with you, we define targets which suit both your company and the concept. At the same time, we present the various possibilities for implementation and target achievement through market scenarios and/or sensitivity assessments in order to provide your project with an expectancy value and a risk profile. We want to convince and inspire you; your colleagues as well as outsiders. At the end of each concept development we therefore present all analysis results in a detailed business plan (profit and loss statement, income preview calculation, breakeven analysis, balance sheet, etc.). We are delighted to compile supporting documents which help you to communicate your idea (management, supervisory board, banks, authorities, etc.) and contribute to the decision-making process. If you wish so we also devise necessary processes for implementing a concept and give support during their realisation stage (including temporal management). The following case studies offer an insight into the topic.
