• Studying resistance capabilities against price revisions intended by the gas supplier
• Studying the adaptation requirements provided for in the re-opener clause as well as the model invoice of the previous supplier
• Comparing the supplier’s argumentation with information from the latest conclusions of a contract and current revision proceedings
• Deducing and justifying an own price adaptation request as a strategy for resistance
